Having structured and raised two independent media-for-equity funds in the United States, Neville is the Managing Partner, Americas, Board Director & Shareholder at MFG, based in the San Francisco, Bay Area. Working alongside Founder & CEO, Diana Florescu, he serves as her strategic partner in building and growing MFG's presence across the United States, advising on US market strategy, LP relationships, and business development, and is now building LeadSharper™, a leadership intelligence platform designed to develop Agentic Leaders and help executives build Human + AI readiness for the decade ahead.
With 30+ years of senior executive experience across media, technology, and investment, Neville has built and scaled businesses across the US, India, UK, and Southeast Asia. As President & Board Director of The Times Group, North America, he oversaw $200M+ in strategic investments across 33 portfolio companies in six countries. Prior roles as General Manager at Microsoft India and Country Manager & Director at Yahoo! India established his track record of building high-performance teams and growing digital businesses ahead of the curve. He has since completed executive education in Agentic AI (Harvard), AI Business Strategy (MIT Sloan), and Operational Excellence (Stanford GSB).
Neville’s conviction is straightforward: as intelligent systems become increasingly capable, the premium shifts to human judgment, adaptability, and leadership. That belief sits at the heart of both his investment philosophy at MFG and the platform he is building at LeadSharper™.
