Kelvin is the founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Origin Capital Management Pte Ltd, a licensed venture capital fund manager headquartered in Singapore, focused on niche B2B sectors such as trade, insurtech/fintech, healthcare, media and proptech.
He is also the co-founder of a corporate VC firm, GTR Ventures, which focused on trade and trade finance innovation globally. With GTR Ventures, he pioneered media for equity solutions and structures; and successfully deployed across 10 investment deals. 2 of them have grossed over 5x in terms of returns. Kelvin’s previous leadership roles include the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the Ministry of Trade & Industry.
