Leo Nagdas

Leo Nagdas is the Head of Ventures and Corporate Development at dunnhumby, the leader in customer data science and AI for commerce. He manages dunnhumby’s global efforts around innovation, partnerships, and investments. He is also the founder and chair of the Retail Innovation Network, a global group of 900+ senior retail technology executives, innovation advisor to the National Retailer Federation and RETHINK Retail, Chair of UK Retail Innovation Council’s Strategy & Innovation Exec Committee, FMI Technology Council Member, and Board Advisor to various startups. His diverse career in technology has included being a startup founder, financial advisor, venture accelerator mentor, operator, and investor. He has been honored for his contributions to the retail technology ecosystem via awards including Top AI Leader 2026, Progressive Grocer’s GenNext, P2PI’s 40U40, among others.
