Géraldine Pamphile is the Chief Operating & Business Officer at Lamina1, the Web3 and AI platform for creators co-founded by Neal Stephenson and backed up by Ethereum, where she leads global strategy, partnerships, and operations.
Before Lamina1, Géraldine served as EVP International at The SpringHill Company (founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter), where she spearheaded international expansion and strategic partnerships across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Earlier, she was GM, Americas at Aser Ventures (EPL Leeds United, Whistle Sports…), where she supervised investment strategy, execution, and portfolio performance across Aser’s sports, media, and tech holdings.
Her background spans senior leadership at Magic Leap, driving global go-to-market and Consumer and Enterprise content partnerships, and at the NBA, where she led the league's global content footprint across broadcast, digital, and sponsorship channels.
Géraldine began her career as Co-Founder of TRACE, the media group initially backed by Goldman Sachs, and expanded its reach to over 100 countries.
She holds degrees from Hong Kong University, ISC Paris, and Harvard Business School.
