Elysia Kleine Deters

Elysia Kleine Deters has a background in business, marketing and investment operations. She holds an MSc in Marketing with Management from Durham University Business School and a BA in Ancient History from Durham University.

Prior to joining mediaforgrowth, Elysia served as Investor Relations Manager at Lifted Ventures, an investment network with a focus on backing women-led businesses. There, she worked closely with founders and investors across the early-stage ecosystem, supporting investment processes, investor engagement and fundraising activities.

As Investment Operations Manager at mediaforgrowth, Elysia supports the firm's investment and portfolio activities across both the UK and U.S. Her role spans portfolio operations, investor and strategic partner coordination,  and the execution of the firm's flagship events and strategic initiatives. She works across the platform to help drive operational excellence and support the growth of both the business and its portfolio.
