Douglas is a global media strategist and advisor with over 20 years of experience helping consumer brands accelerate growth through innovative media and go-to-market strategies. He has held senior leadership roles at RTL AdAlliance and Axel Springer, where he led cross-border brand and media strategy for emerging and established names across fitness tech, personal care, digital marketplaces, and consumer lifestyle.
In addition to his corporate work, Douglas brings an entrepreneurial lens to his advisory role at MFG. He has co-founded ventures spanning early social dating platforms, digital real estate, and cross-cultural retail — giving him a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build from the ground up.
Originally from Guatemala, Douglas has lived and worked across Latin America, Europe, and the U.S., and is fluent in Spanish, German, and English.
