Brendan Kilcawley

Brendan joined UKTV Ventures as Head of Commercial in 2021, and was appointed Director of the fund in 2022 to grow UKTV Ventures portfolio and lead investment projects at UKTV. His move into the fund followed five years as Head of Distribution for UKTV’s network of television channel brands, where he amassed extensive experience in key commercial activities for the business. Brendan has a wealth of experience in TV business development, content distribution and content production both in South Africa and the UK. Prior to working at UKTV, Brendan led distribution for BBC Studios channels across Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, launching BBC Earth and CBeebies across the region. Brendan holds an Executive MBA from Cranfield Business School, graduating in 2020.
